Training
Education is key to revealing the potential in coffee! Our experienced team will provide your baristas with training to ensure that they are engaged, equipped and empowered to bring out the nuances and flavour profile of our coffee.

We have a network of expert technicians and in-house servicing systems to ensure the equipment is in perfect working order at all times.
Quality
Quality begins with the best Arabica green bean that we can source. We strive to always use ethically grown coffee from premium growing regions around the world. We focus on Rainforest Alliance Certified and Certified Organic green bean which are used predominately in our blends. We pride ourselves on our consistency through regular re-evaluation of our blends using cupping to ensure the best flavour profiles at all times.
Sustainable Practices
We were in the top 10% of the Northern Rivers businesses for sustainable practices. We continue to improve our environmental impact at all times. To acknowledge this we are 100% solar, our cardboard boxes are made from recycled paper and our branded takeaway cups are compostable. We encourage the use of Huskee reusable cups made from coffee husks and have implemented our in-house recycling system. We have also introduced 5kg coffee tins for cafes to replace single use kilo bags going into landfill.
