SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders, including your first subscription will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Orders are not dispatched, and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State.
  • Our partnered courier company or AusPost will provide tracking in an email once dispatched.
  • Delivery services online are currently limited to Australia. Please allow 3-4 business days for standard delivery in NSW and 7- 10 business days for interstate. If you have chosen Express Shopping, you can expect orders to take up to 1-3 days for major metro areas. Please add 3-7 days for regional or interstate orders from factory dispatch.
  • International delivery is available. Please email us for a quote coffee@byronbaycoffeeco.com.au
  • Once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • With our nominated delivery service, we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. The courier company or AusPost cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If no one is present to accept the delivery, a slip may be left in the mailbox so that you can negotiate a suitable arrangement for final delivery or collection.
  • You can request Authority to Leave if not home when placing your order. Please make sure you leave a note with specific instructions under the shipping address in the checkout section.
  • Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier or AusPost directly. You may also get in touch with Byron Bay Coffee Company for assistance.
  • The cost of delivery is a flat rate of $12.85 for Standard and $20.90 for Express. All orders over $70 qualify for Free Standard Shipping

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • All orders received are final and will be shipped as per the order form. Please make sure you double-check your address. If it’s too late and you see a mistake, drop us a line and we will do our best to make the change for you.
  • Alternatively, if you receive your order and something is amiss, please contact us.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, please choose your goods carefully. We are unable to accept the return of goods simply because you change your mind. Please contact us to obtain advice prior to purchase if you are uncertain about a product
  • Please notify us within 48 – 72 hours from delivery of your purchase of any issues.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or faulty please contact us to arrange it’s return. We will arrange to either refund your money or replace the product upon receipt and proof of the defective product.
  • Gift cards are a non-returnable items.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
