Region: Circasia, Quindio
Flavour: A beautiful and clean expression of the Gesha varietal, showcasing subtle florals and a refined sweetness. Soft citrus fruit notes lead into elegant, tea-like characteristics, finishing with a hint of cacao.

This coffee was grown by Sebastian Gomez at the farm La Divisa .This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated and
hand-sorted to remove any defects. Cherries were then exposed to 30 hours of underwater fermentation before being pulped. The parchment
was then gently washed and then dried in temperature controlled conditions until ideal moisture content was achieved.
This microlot is 100% Gesha. This varietal was first discovered inAbyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931. Gesha was planted in Panama for the first
time in 1963 and in Colombia in 2005.
