Meet ‘The ‘89’
Franco’s Bar is back at it, shaking up something extra special to toast our 35th anniversary.
Introducing ‘The ’89’ – a smooth espresso-based cocktail crafted with the perfect liqueur ratios for the ultimate festive season drink.
INGREDIENTS
- A small scoop of ice
- 40ml spiced rum
- 60ml butterscotch liqueur
- 22ml espresso coffee (freshly brewed BBCC espresso)
- Dark chocolate for garnish
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a blender or cocktail shaker.
- Blend for 15-20 seconds, or shake for 30 seconds until you’ve got a nice, foamy layer.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of shredded dark chocolate to decorate and make your drink a little bit sweeter.
Whip it up with your favourite BBCC espresso and let the celebrations begin!
